Pipe stereoscopic warehouse is used for batch storage. The warehouse shares 107 groups of whole material Spaces, each of which is for a type of steel pipe (see Table 1 for the type of steel pipe), with 324 spare material Spaces; The warehouse is equipped with a professional intelligent warehouse control system (WCS, Qianshan Pipeline), which can be integrated with the intelligent warehouse management system (WMS) and manufacturing execution system (MES) in charge of Party A, and can realize the automatic discharge of pipes according to the instructions issued by the intelligent warehouse management system (WMS) and manufacturing execution system (MES).
Through the three-dimensional warehouse, cutting machine, rust remover, grasping robot (provided by Party A), pressing workstation (provided by Party A), plate block automatic welding center and supporting logistics system, the project realizes the intelligent three-dimensional storage, cutting, car stop, pressing, welding and conveying of pipes, and realizes the intelligent production of plate roller products for end users
