The basic configuration of the pipe fabrication production line consists of many sets of pipe cutting and bevel machining workstation, many sets of mechanical fitting-up workstation, many sets of piping automatic welding workstation, a set of conveying system and a set of steel structure pipe racks.
The pipe fabrication production line offers high production efficiency - hoisting with cantilever crane, beveling with pipe bevel machining workstation and welding with piping automatic welding workstation.
It offers excellent equipment mobility without the limitation of radiation radius by using container as carrier.
