Pipe fabrication machinery Fitting-Up center (hereinafter referred to as the equipment) consists of 2 Fitting-Up noses, 2 supporting trolleys and 1 steelwork track and can be divided into 6 systems below:
Working platform system
Lateral movement system
Lifting pedestal system
Track trolley system
Electric control system
Systems are installed and connected as follows:
Working platform system is installed on the lateral movement system
Lateral movement system is installed on the lifting pedestal system
Lifting pedestal system is installed on the track trolley system
Major components of electric control system are installed in the cavity of lateral movement system
Working platform system consists of 1 steelwork component, 2 platform plates and 1 positioning stop and can support the weight and locate the position of pipe fittings.
Lateral movement system consists of 1 steelwork component, 1 set of liner guide, 1 set of lateral movement mechanism and can drive working platform to move horizontally.
Lifting pedestal system consists of 1 steelwork component, 1 set of screw rod lifter, 1 set of motor driving mechanism and can drive the working platform and the lateral movement system to move up and down, and the Fitting-Up nose to move forward and backward.
Track trolley system consists of 2 supporting trolleys and 1 steelwork track and can support and locate pipes.
Electric control system consists of 2 electric board, 1 drag chain and 1 control box.
