Pipe material length is 1500mm-12000mm, pipe diameter specification: DN50-300 maximum wall thickness 25mm

1.1.2 

Storage device: Long tube and short tube are stored in different areas, and single layer is arranged first in first out to achieve the storage of different specifications of pipes.

1.1.3 

Pipe feed-in: The equipment control system will send the pipes warehousing task work order to the repository system, and the task work order information should contain the specification, brand, manufacturer, quantity and other information of the pipes warehousing.The pipes will be stored in the designated position on the manual schedule (the program should consider the material placement plan, the management software has the function of layer-laying, and has the function of modifying, the pipe placement plan will be discussed separately), the warehouse will be automatically stored and must have the function of counting and comparing, and the information such as the start, completion, actual storage quantity, and pipes will be returned to the central control system.

Pipeline raw material delivery: Central control (should be changed to equipment control system) shall send the pipes discharge task order to the warehouse system, the information of the task work order shall contain the specification, grade, manufacturer, quantity, etc., the pipeline raw material shall be automatically sent to the cutting cache station, and the start, completion, quantity and other information shall be reversed to central control (should be changed to equipment control system), and the discharge beat time shall be ≤15s.

The storage has automatic, semi-automatic and manual entry and exit functions.
